Who you are contracting with

EasyMerge is operated by Easy Merge Services ("we", "us" or "our"). By using EasyMerge you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

EasyMerge lets you combine PDF files into a single document. The merge itself runs inside your own browser; we do not receive or store your documents.

Free merges and credits

Signed-in accounts receive one free merge every 72 hours. Additional merge credits can be earned by viewing a complete ad break. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and may be withheld if we detect automated or fraudulent viewing.

Passes

Passes are one-time purchases granting unlimited merges for a fixed number of hours from the moment of activation. They are not subscriptions and do not renew. If you buy a pass while another pass is active, the new hours are added on top of the remaining time.

Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team.

Acceptable use

Do not use EasyMerge to process material you have no right to process, and do not attempt to bypass entitlement checks, scrape the service, interfere with ad delivery, or use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, spam, or security-interfering purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Intellectual property

Easy Merge Services retains all rights to the EasyMerge service, software, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own PDF merging needs.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Always keep your own copies of source documents; we are not liable for lost or corrupted files or for any indirect loss arising from use of the service.
